Process Engineers make teach robots to do the right thing, everytime!

Our process engineers provide a service function derived from production engineering that involves the selection of the process to be used, determination of the sequence of operations, and the application of specialized knowledge in paint or sealer application to make a product that complies to a customer specific requirements.

Our engineers have worked with various Robotics equipment in paint and sealer applications - worldwide. They are proficient in PaintPro (offline programming and simulation software) and PDT (offline programming). Our engineers understand that there may be tough environments or nearly impossible challenges, but have always demonstrated their abilities to get the job done to the satisfaction of our customers.

Everything starts with a great design.

We have talented engineers who design systems. We offer high quality design work and problem solving expertise that is backed by best practices that have been established by years of experience from our staff.

Our mechanical engineers start at the beginning with our clients and work through the engineering phase to design a solution that fits with the needs of the customer. Our mechanical engineers complete the life-cycle of a project with accurate site as-built drawings and documentation that allows the client a high level of confidence in the system as installed.

If it is not installed correctly - it may not work as designed.

Our installation engineers have worked worldwide installing automation equipment in greenfield and brownfield sites, often in challenging environments with tight deadlines.

Our engineers work with well with union and non-union contractors, and we believe in sharing information for the success of the project. Our engineers are "built tough" but are diplomatic and willing to listen and learn. All our installation engineers are experienced in running a site operation without much supervision. Our engineers take full ownership of a customer project and make it "their own".

We always provide a quality installation and support services for our projects.... and that is a guarantee!

Leadership is important - for scheduling, resources and budgets.

Our project managers have worldwide experience leading teams (ours and our customers) from conception through to final acceptance and buy-off, often under very difficult and challenging environments. We understand inevitable cultural differences and strive to be citizens of the world and great ambassadors of our respective countries.

Our project managers are not afraid to get their hands dirty and help out when things get tough - it is their nature to take ownership of their projects as an end-user. Most of our project managers have risen from the ranks of the engineering disciplines and therefore are well versed in daily engineering challenges on large turnkey projects.
